Greetings all! I am an ELA Inclusion Resource teacher at Browne Education Campus. This year is my 4th year at Browne; however, this is my 24th year as an educarer. Yes, educarer, I think education is more than just teaching a curriculum. I care about every child that I encounter. Not only do I care about my students at work, but my teenage daughter also keeps me quite busy with her cheerleading and other activities. I am ALWAYS interacting with babies! My learned love for cheer has moved me, and we started a cheer team at Browne. I am always available for any of my babies and families so, let me know how I can help! 


As we are moving to Distant Learning this week, March 23-27th, I am still expecting learning to take place.  With that in mind, I am here to help my students and families.  While out of school, here is how we will communicate:

REMIND:  This is the platform I will use to post updates and resources directly from your phone, tablet, or computer with or the Remind app.  This platform will also be a mode of communication with individual and group text messages.

Free Meal and Health Information

Meals are available for all students every weekday at locations throughout the city.  Visit to find a complete list of meal sites across the city.  These meal options are open to all young people under the age of 18.

In addition to Eastern, McKinley Tech and Wheatley EC, on April 1st, meal service will be added to the following DCPS schools:
